Someone recently asked me how I was handling the stress of planning two weddings.
I answered. "I don't feel stressed; just happy. I'm not worrying -- and I'm not going to worry -- about the details. As I see it, the two young men who are soon to join our family are honest, ethical, hard-working and madly in love with my daughters...
And...
...and everything else is a detail."

Both ceremonies will be beautiful expressions of love, trust and hope! I have no doubt that even though you won't worry about the details, they will still be meticulously attended to:-) Congratulations once again!

Wendy - you are not stressed because you did all the preparation a year ahead and now its just the fine details. Of course, your main concern are the couples. And they are the best!

As my daughter and I were together in the narthex of our church, just prior to her wedding and she voiced concern about being "late" (i.e. past the 7:30 pm "start time") I reminded her that the wedding did not start until she got there and that everyone would wait for her appearance. People don't remember the details so much; they remember all the joy of the day. Congratulations to you and your soon-to-be-larger family on these joyous days ahead.

Thanks, Judy, for the advice from someone who's already walked the aisle as MOB. With joy, Wendy

Mazel Tov! What a double mitzvah. Just enjoy! Couldn't be happier for you and Ted.
Check out the book, BRIDAL BARGAINS...it could really help.
