Even though Thanksgiving is behind us, I thought you might enjoy reading "Thanksgiving 2010," which was published in the November 25th issue of Oncology Times.

Wendy, You are AMAZING! I think I might have my oncologist read this as I too feel so grateful for the care I continue to receive. I couldn't have put it into words the way you have so beautifully. Andrea

Andrea,
It pleases me no end to know you'll share the piece with your oncologist, saying, "Me, too."
With hope, Wendy

Wendy, I am moved to tears. I hope that many of your readers will share "Thanksgiving 2010" with their team as part of a thanks-giving that may bring new depth to their care and caring. Jeanne

I was moved to tears by this article and I plan to share it with my oncology team. My mantra for the past few years has been "Gratitude". The practice of gratitude becomes more challenging with a diagnosis of cancer, (Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in my case)but even more rewarding. It has helped me through some difficult times. Thank you for putting into words some very poignant thoughts that can help more people through difficult times.
