Dear fellow bloggers and Healthy Survivors,
For the next 2-3 weeks, I'll be taking a break from blogging.
Given my limited energy, I need to devote my writing time to the preparation of a new keynote address. I'll deliver this presentation, titled: Preserving Compassion in Modern Medicine: The Promise of Healthy Survivorship, on March 20th at the University of Texas at Dallas.
As soon as I have a solid draft to work on, I'll get back to blogging about Healthy Survivorship. Until then, wishing you the strength, courage, patience, humor and fortitude to get good care and live as fully as possible today, tomorrow and every day.
With hope, Wendy
Conserve your energy.

I wish we could all be there to hear your address! I will pray that your writing will be inspired, knowing that it always is, and that you speech will inspire. Having only see one of your interviews [a link you provided on this site] I'm certain those who hear you will not forget your message.

I am touched by these comments of support. Thank you!
If the presentation is taped, when available online I'll provide the link in a post and on my website.

Wow! This is an amazing example of Healthy Survivorship. Wishing you the best on your presentation and that I might have the same wisdom: to know when I need to conserve.
